1.0 delayed

All, 
   1.0 was going to go out today, but due to some issues at Duke, that
will be postponed until MONDAY.

   Also, that gives everyone some time to see if we can locate where
these version compare issues are coming from. Rob, are the packages
causing trouble the Red Hat generated packages, or are they local?
