0.9.2 released

0.9.2 includes full daemon mode. Current is now feature complete
(almost) for a 1.0 release.

During GUI testing, I found two API calls I can't handle, and the parser
that was donated hasn't been turned "on" yet. Those two will be in
0.9.3, and after that, we start looking at 1.0.rc1.

PLEASE test the daemon mode at your site, and give me feedback - this is
my first daemon, certainly the first one in python.

There is also a small shell script for generating your ssl certs/files,
and an init script to start/stop current & stunnel in parallel.
