Sorry for wasting everyone's time folks. I figured it out. My stupidity. Thanks for everyone's assistance and forgiveness. I commented out everything from down from rpm_dirs = /current/etrials-7.2/i386/RedHat/RPMS in my current.conf except. When I re ran cadmin -v create CHANNEL_LABLE. It then told me it was an invalid directory. I then discovered that Redhat is not the same folder as RedHat. It's now adding all the packages. If you aren't getting any messages AT ALL that mention noarch packages, then Current flat out isn't seeing them. Even if Current discards/ignores a package, it'll mention that its "considering" it at that level of verbosity. If it does mention noarch's forward Just Those parts to the list. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't forward a full create log to the list - it'd be huge.
