You could try, but I seriously doubt it.

Much saner might be to write a seriously cutdown program that just makes
the required xml-rpc calls to the Current server, downloading EVERYTHING
that you don't have. 

I bet you could do that by simply stealing various bits and parts of the
up2date client (2.7.11 or later). You can leave out 90% of it, because 
a) you don't have to be super careful interacting with some user
b) you _want_ to blindly grab all the packages the server has that your
   "child" server doesn't. 

Play with this idea. It'll fly farther than trying to get up2date/RHN
changed.
