yep, cadmin create_certificate

I've been tearing google apart trying to figure out if others have had similar errors when using openssl to connect to stunnel, I will browse the stunnel mailing list too.  I don't know enough about ssl to debug this one, perhaps someone on list has a little more knowledge in this area.
