The version number in limbo is 2.9.13, and the RHN team has been VERY
good about the middle number being api related, so I'm not surprised.

Since I haven't heard about anything huge, I'll take a crack at it this
weekend, if I can. 

HOWEVER, no promises. Its quite likely that 2.9 will not be the api for
whatever the next version of red hat is (8.0 likely), so I won't put in
a huge amount of effort until I know what the final API is.
