New development release, 1.3.2

All, 
  1.3.2 is on the ftp site (I can't update the web page til I get back.)

The 1.3 series is proving to be pretty successful - with this
documentation update, I'd say more people should start playing with it.
If you find inaccuracies, confusions in the documentation, please let
the list know.
