John identified an additional fix required. A snapshot, with the date of
200208201205  is on the ftp site, contains both fixes.

I apologize to everyone. I'll go back and make a "messy" tree to test
with for the next release (1.3.11 will probably be tomorrow or thur).

Please remember - John and I are usually on the #current IRC channel on 
irc.openprojects.net (or whatever it's called now).
