Hey..

Thanks for the instructions you sent over earlier. I followed the directions
and on the client when i run
rhn_register, i get SSL Connect Error.. So i modified the rhn_register
config so that server is not https but http
then i get Protocol Error occured (internal server error)

I have apache running on the main server port 80 and port 443.

   I've put up 1.3.11 on the website. This fixes all the bugs that I
know about in 1.3.10. 

I've updated the TEXT documentation to match the release -
installation.txt is as accurate as I can make it. I've also tested it
against a server that was brand new. 

I apologize for all the teething trouble in 1.3.10.
