Re: 1.3.11

Not at first, I thought that was it too, so I rebuilt via:

cadmin create redhat-i386-7.2
and reran up2date -l

same results.  the tree of RPMs is the standard mirror from 
redhat/updates/7.2/en/os/i386, etc...(forgot exact path)..

in case you wanted to try testing with the same rpm tree I was using...
