Release 0.9.4 available

On the website/ftp site. 

0.9.3 had a bug, and it appears lots of people are using Current or
playing with it, so before 0.9.4 went out the door, I tested it by
installing it and running it in biology with a single client. 

Hopefully, that success means 0.9.4 will meet with public success.

On the ftp site, there is also Toby Reeves' patch for a first cut at an
sql backend.
