upgrade note

I just upgraded from a previous release of current. In addition to re-distributing the RHNS cert, I needed to wipe out the old /etc/sysconfig/rhn/systemid from clients for it to work.

Maybe I missed something in the install notes? If not perhaps this could be added to the docs.
