Document improvement suggestion

Hi,

I just updated one of my test systems to the latest rpms with up2date against
a current server running current-1.0.5.

The upgrade process went OK for a while, then it dumpped a stack trace and
spit out an error message about "SSL_connect error". It took me a while to
realize that the error was due to the fact that up2date rpm itself was
upgraded in this process and a RHNS-CA-CERT file from RedHat has replaced the
same file for my current server. Obviousely , the up2date client still had
more tasks to do, but unable to do so due to certificate mis-match.

I would suggest that up2date rpm should be skipped from upgrade by default,
along with kernel* rpms. Also a short paragraph should be added to the docs
to warn users about this fact and direct users to re-install custome
RHNS-CA-CERT file after upgrades.

Just my $0.02 for the day.

YZ
