Snapshot on the ftp site.

Well, there's a new snapshot on the ftp site (which may or may not show
up on freshmeat).

However, its got bad bad problems - its only going to let you serve one
channel.  (and all others must be commented out in your current.conf
file even)

Sorry about that. Anyway, the snap is still useful for those of you who
might look at Current's source from time to time, AND the new
documentation that john has written is actually built for you in this
snapshot.

So, I fix the config parser and finish up the file permissions checking
thingy, and we're feature complete for 1.4. So if you grok python,
please checkout the snapshot. If you aren't a python hacker, don't
bother-  I already know its craptastic.
