current 1.4 and channels

Hey all.  Does current 1.4.1 now support stacked channels?  For example, could
I set up a base channel for a RH7.3 distribution and then have optional
channels for Ximian Gnome and another for my organization-specific packages.
This functionality was not in the 1.0 series, but I haven't seen anything on
the website saying that its been added to 1.4.
