No dice.  Even rebuilt the SRPM on my box and installed that.  I made 
/usr/local/scratch/insight-6.2/ writable by me (non-root), ran the "cadmin 
create insight-i386-6.2", "cadmin info insight-i386-6.2" (no problems), 
but I still get the Invalid argument...
