Copy the RHNS-CA-CERT file to all your _client_ machines as
/usr/share/rhn/RHNS-CA-CERT (described in installation.txt)
rhn_register is your friend.
/usr/share/doc/current-%{version}/testing.txt
As root on the CLIENT:
[root@client /root]$ rhn_register
Then run up2date -u
