You're caught in a maze of twisty little required dependancies, all
different.

The pcre library you built against is too old.

Is there no chance you could install current on a 7.2 or 7.3 machine? I
suspect we'd have version troubles on something that old, but I didn't
think pcre would break.

(Current doesn't even use pcre directly - thats xmlrpclib breaking
inside of current)
