You're welcome. Also, thank you (and John B., and anyone/everyone else who has helped you) for creating such a cool update server. Current has been a tremendous help to me. I've done my best to stress the channel creation stuff and I can't make it break now. :) (My server currently has 6.2/7.0 on alpha/i386, 7.1 through 8.0 on i386. I still need to create channels for 7.1 and 7.2 on Alpha.) RH 7.1 and 7.3 clients are working fine. I just added an 8.0 client and it's working too. I'll try a 6.2 client next week. (If I have time this weekend, I might try setting up 6.2/7.0/7.2 test clients. I might not be able to test the Alpha channels for a few weeks yet.) > If any of you can make the new snapshot die, please tell us. It's still having the weird zebra/gated problem with 7.3/2.8 clients. (Take a RH 7.3 box, run up2date 2.8 on it, install either the zebra or gated package (or both?), and try "up2date -ui" a few times in a row.) I guess I should see how Red Hat's own servers handle this, when I get a chance. -Barry K. Nathan <[email protected]>
