I use DocBook (/usr/bin/db2[ps,html]) when creating / converting them,
so that should work for you.  Specifically, I've use the versions
shipped with Red Hat Linux 7.2 and 7.3 to create HTML and PS files out
of the documentation in the Current distribution.
