Can Current handle multiple RPMs of the same package?

Can Current handle multiple RPMs of the same package?

For example the Red Hat 7.2 update directory has two different versions of
the kernel RPMs.  I would like to be able to point the current server to the
update directory and have it figure it out automatically.

Right now it says fatal error when I do a cadmin -v create command.

It would be nice if I didn't have to manually maintain the updates
directory.

Am I missing some command line option that works around this?
