Here is the server manual http://realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/winvnc.html You will never know anything if you never read the manual or FAQ. The reason people write manuals so that other people read them. If someone says "I read the manual and did not find my answer there", I would certainly try to answer if I know the answer. If you look at this mailing list over time, majority of questions are on how to configure router to connect from outside or something else that has been discussed and documented to death.
