I'm not sure what is going on with UltraVNC's installer.  I know they 
were talking about a hardware upgrade to their distribution server, and 
some issues with using SourceForge as a dynamic distribution site.

You should check the "UltraVNC-Users" list 
<http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/ultravnc-list> or the forum
<http://forum.ultravnc.net/> and see if anybody knows what't going on.

What components was it unable to download?  They may not be that 
important to the install.
