Unfortunately I need to use the RC4 encryption plugin. My understanding is 
that the RC 18 and RC 19 versions of the encryption plugin are completely 
incompatible. If so, that means that I have to upgrade every remote location 
to RC 19 at once. Doing that is somewhere between very difficult and 
impossible. I was really hoping to avoid that pain until a version is 
available that has the repeater implemented as a service.

Is it possible to disable alphablending in Windows? I have never heard of 
alphablending before and have no idea what it is.

I will try reducing the acceleration level.
