Zlib Encoder incompatibility

Hi, 

I found that Zlib Encoder of UltraVNC is incompatible with other VNCs.

For example, if a tightvnc viewer selects Zlib encoding, it stops updating.
The log says
"Unknown encoding -65528 - not supported!",
which means the viewer got rfbEncodingSolMonoZip encoding type.

I think the cause of this problem is in vncEncodeZlib::SendZlibrects().
