UltraVNC is not freeware, it's open-source.

UltraVNC can't "go commercial" - it's based on the VNC 3.3.x codebase, which
was released under the GPL, so it cannot be distributed under any other
licence without the agreement of all the copyright holders, even if Rudi et
al wanted to, which I don't think they do!
