SC code in cvs

Good news...
SC code added to cvs today. (based on RC202)
It is a seperate folder winvncsc at the same level as winvnc.
(#ifdefs where to hard to do in short notice)
It use the same subprojects as winvnc.

SC (RC20) is also online via the creator.
Code RC(RC194) is lost forever, but until new version has been tested and 
bugfree declared older version will stay online.
