Yes , right.
Only with the Viruell Graficsadapter you will have the full Speed, and only
when this Driver is correctly installed.
Ive seen many PCs , where the virtuell Driver was installed, but no
function,cause no Reboot,not all Drivers installed,Mix with older Versions
and so on

Try to install the hook driver. 
This normal lower the cpu to 10%

I installed WinVNC on another Machine ....and here is looks it is workgin
fine..no CPU spikes and response is quite brisk.....How can I compare teh 2
mahcines in order to improve the other one too...??

I have a Win2K machine and when I connect to it using Ultra VNC, I get a CPU
spike close to 80%....50% is eaten by Ultra VNC....what could be the
