Sorry misread your post. ;)   Have a look here for different
configuration options.  Group policy is at the bottom.

It looks like you are doing it right.  Have you looked in the
EventViewer to see if there is a problem with the policy being applied
to the machine?  Try running gpresult.exe in the command line to make
sure the policy is getting applied to the machine.
