It checks the user both locally and against the domain. You only want
username not domain\username. SO for example user: administrator
password:pass that's it.

hi,
I guess it's been asked over and over but I couldn't find posts related
so...

I
want to use the NT authentication with my ultra vnc, in the settings
windows, there is a check box for "require MS longon" and when I try to
connect to a station where it's been activated, it asks for a user and
password in opposition to only a password in the "standard" mode....but
I couldn't find the way it wants the users and pass entered and where
it checks the authentication...is it only local?? I tried all ways I
could think of and it didn't work...can someone help me??

thx
