launch viewer in chat mode

I am wondering if someone could get me command line switch to launch the 
viewer with a chat window immediately.  Ideally it would only launch the 
chat window on both the viewer and the server.   I am hoping to 
incorporate this into a support tools package.   If anyone knows of 
another free chat program that does not require a server and has a very 
small footprint that would work as well.   I just figured that since we 
already have the vnc program on every computer we could use that.  
Please let me know what you think.
