Server cannot chat

I am running UltraVNC (R18) on a number of Windows 2003 servers. When I open VNC, show clients, and click on chat, I get a 
 
"The selected client is not an Ultra@VNC Viewer"
 
message.
 
They are all running the same version - What am I doing wrong ?
