For feature requests and bug reports RC15 RC16. Please use the forum at http://forum.ultravnc.net/ You only need it if you are not using the video driver and still want faster updates. Without it, the server has to work much harder to detect screen updates. The video driver uses an even better method for detection and so it is not used at all in this mode. Hope this helps, Jeremy Cross Developer http://www.NetworkStreaming.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Georges Berenger" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Monday, May 02, 2005 4:17 PM Subject: RE: [Ultravnc-list] What the use of vnchooks.dll ? For feature requests and bug reports RC15 RC16. Please use the forum at http://forum.ultravnc.net/ I am just trying to find out whether we really need it in our case. I was not including it so far, and it didn't seem to matter. If it is useful, then I'll add it... In our case, we are not trying to remote control any of the apps listed. Only our app is important. NotePad, Explorer & IE are the only one that could be used in some very rare cases. Most of the time, none of them is running, not even Explorer. -georges -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Sean Covel Sent: Wednesday, April 27, 2005 7:20 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Ultravnc-list] What the use of vnchooks.dll ?
