What you need is for UltraVNC to add a command-line parameter to
winvnc.exe to tell it which DSM to use.  The vncviewer.exe has that
parameter.  The server does not.  You'd need to run the server as an
application, not as a service.

The rc4.key doesn't need to be configured if you are using the _noreg
version.  Look at the "testviewer.bat" and "testserver.bat" that come
with the plugin for a way to set an environment variable pointing to the
key file.

In fact, if the server had the /dsmplugin parameter like the viewer, you
could use those 2 batch files to start up UltraVNC for you.

Yes and no.  You really need to get Rudi to add the /dsmplugin parameter
to the server, then you'd be all set.
