Hi Massimiliano,

Have a look at SingleClick: http://doc.uvnc.com/addons/singleclick.html

It takes some time to understand how to create and configure SingleClick
utility (I don't think there is an documentation in Italian), but it is very
impressive when done properly.

The user needs permissions to download and run the executable. You may need
to set it to use port 80 or port 443 to get through their firewall, and you
will need to have a VNC Viewer in Listen Mode on the same port. I use port
443 and the Repeater: http://doc.uvnc.com/addons/repeater.html - but this
was for a 12-person help desk and may be more than you need to worry about.

Regards,

David.

Hello,
Administrator privileges are required to run the program... and
I let you know that I don't have ...
If you,
or somebody else,
know another tool that don't needs Administrator privileges...
then I can ask to the client
to run this tool in his pc
and let me know what port can I use,ok?

Thanks 1000
Massimiliano (Italy)
