Cannot connect using command

Hello,

In order to connect to a host using a command line, I have created 
mlmk1.vnc, that contains:
"c:\program files\ultravnc\vncviewer.exe" -connect mlmk1
When I double-click on mlmk1.vnc, I get an error:
Failed to connect to server !

Double-click on UltraVNC Viewer, followed by entering mlmk1 manually 
connects my PC to mlmk1 immediately.

Does the problem occur because I have Cisco VPN between my PC and mlmk1 ?
