MSRC4 DSM requires write permission in UltraVNC folder?

For feature requests and bug reports RC15 RC16. Please use the forum at http://forum.ultravnc.net/
I've found that the MSRC4 DSM packaged with UltraVNC 1.0.1 complains
that "The plugin cannot be loaded. Please check its integrity." unless
the current user has write access to the UltraVNC directory. Giving all
users write access to the UltraVNC directory resolves this issue, but is
not something that seems like a wise or sustainable fix.
The issue can be reproduced by running as an unprivileged ("limited" --
sorry, I'm accustomed to UNIX parlance) user, starting the VNC viewer,
entering the new connection menu, selecting the DSM and clicking the
"Config" button.
Any chance of this being fixed such that unprivileged users can use
UltraVNC with this DSM in place without being given write access to the
UltraVNC directory? I'm not a Windows developer, so I'm not really
equipt to resolve it myself.
Thanks!
