I have beeing using UltraVNC and have not re-tested using RealVNC.
The problem only showed up yesterday after yet another automatic
Windows update, and a subsequent manual Windows update.

I am using Windows XP SP2 with auto-update enabled.

One update I spot (from the 16th) is something called "Windows
Malicious Software Removal Tool - October 2005 (KB890830).
