The install does not configure the entire needed registry keys?

We have a mixture of XP-pro and NT4=2E0 with service pack 6=2E We are t=
rying to
use the newest 1=2E0=2E1=2E It works with the XP but not with the NT=2E=
 I think the
problem is, the install does not configure the entire needed registry k=
eys=2E
When trying to run the service you get a not configure error=2E Then if=
 you
run winvnc to try and configure, you get no errors but the registry has=

just a few entries=2E If I export the XP registry and convert it from v=
ersion
5 to 4 then import it, the services will start, but the buttons gray ou=
t on
the file transfer screen=2E
