Has anyone figured out how to do video plus sound?

 I have used UltraVNC for over a year now to give access to software
plus a video screen.  Uvnc does the best job of hauling video.  However,
I would like to have the incoming visitor see video and hear the sound
in the room also.  Has anyone figured out how to do both using Uvnc?
