Can't paste from Linux to WIndows using RealVNC Viewer

Maybe this subject is tipical, but I can't find any solution. I have installed Real VNC Viewer 4 on a Windows XP, and it doeas connect to a RedHat 5.5. However, I can't copy/paste from Linux to Windows or viceversa.
