Assuming the 350s still work like the older cards (i.e., there isn't some actual hardware deficiency) then the 50mW limit is stored in eeprom. The easiest way to adjust it (if you don't have the old DOS utility) is to put the card in a 4800 series access point, bridge, UC/MC, etc. and use the eeprom option in the "zz" menu.
