Yeah, I had the same question.  The only reason that I could come up
with was that the measurements were taken by a different group at a
different location than the people who did the computer simulation or so
it sounded as such.  But it is Lucent, or Bell Labs, who I would put my
money on when it comes to wireless.  But then again you never know.  It
does make sense though, to me at least.  I thought it was at least worth
mentioning.
