You all might like to know that Alvarion just confirmed for me that their "pre-WiMax" equipment, which I gave them a hard time about labeling without a specific upgrade path, is actually under guarantee to their customers to support whatever the final WiMax is, whether that requires software, firmware, hardware, or a combination of upgrades.
