Re: Win2003 WPA and WPA2 server

   WPA and WPA2 doesn't really change the way you setup your 802.1x 
authentication servers, Windows 2003 doesn't have anything to do with 
WEP/TKIP/AES. 
    I haven't really updated any of my documentation since microsoft has 
been doing a pretty good job of it on their own lately.  The deployment 
guide at 
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0f7fa9a2-e113-415b-b2a9-b6a3d64c48f5&DisplayLang=en 
should get you up and running with EAP-TLS and Windows 2003 radius. 
Microsoft also has a gigantic four or five-part wireless security 
deployment guide for Windows 2003 & XP as well, I don't have a link to 
it at the moment but poke around microsoft.com.
