I'm picking up my replacement WET11(first rev.) tomorrow, the ebay
auctioneer happens to be in S.F., I'm not sure if it has the last
version of the firmware(w/o it's flakey). I don't do Windows & you can
only flash it with an .exe. This means I'd like someone to help me
upgrade the WET11 it if it isn't current. This sort of operation they
won't let you do in an internet cafe makes them nervous(?). It's an
easy procedure

	1. dl' the file from Linksys
	2. set a manual ethernet IP
	3.run the .exe
	4. wait a minute or two
5.then you can return your settings to normal.
6.we drink the six pack of beer you like that I brought over(or some
similar shareable token)

Also, I ordered a Senao 2511 PMCIA card, If anyone has knowledge about
upgrading the Prism cards & know what is a good choice for primary &
station versions that would be great. I don't have the hardware to
do(actually as of now I just have a borrowed ibook). Great, I hope
someone can help, I'll have to keep an eye on these units, I already
had to this earlier this year.

P.S. If you see some bloke in Marin County or the greater Bay Area w/
a 12" powerbook a beat black CaseLogic Nylon Attache and a WET11 w/a
cheapo Radio Shack 4 AA battery pack taped to the top w/blue painter's
tape, call the cops. I'm offering a couple hundred dollar reward for
my laptops safe return.
