Please help me!

I am not so familiar with VPN and related technical things, but I am really
need to figure out how to make VPN worked with my ORiNOCO BG-2000 wireless
broadband gateway that I have at home.

I tried several things after I contacted with ORiNOVCO technical service
such as setting up port forwarding on BG-2000 using port number 500 and
1723, but nothing worked. I could connect VPN as far as I looked (because I
didn't see any error), but my computer seemed to be sending a lot of packet
data, however receiving nothing. After that ORiNOVCO gave me no help!

Could anyone help me out???

I really appreciate if anyone help me to fix my VPN problem with ORiNOCO
BG-2000 wireless gateway.
