To see the IPs (or rather convert the MAC address you find in wicontrol -l 
to IPs, or vice-versa), you can either use arp -an, netstat -rn, check out 
your dhcp leases file, or probably a lot of other options.

To measure traffic per user, I think the best option is probably to set up 
ipfw with one permit rule per user (or two actually, one for each 
direction), and then you can see the amount of traffic using ipfw show or 
equivalent methods. This will give you the total amount of traffic from 
point T0 to point T, if you want to know bandwidth in "real time" or 
whatever that is, you'll have to read these amounts at regular intervals, 
do a delta, and divide by the length of the interval. Pretty standard stuff.

Note that if you have more questions about this, I believe there might be 
more appropriate mailing lists than this one, as these questions are 
clearly not bsd-airtools related at all... Some of the very general FreeBSD 
mailing lists, or those of one of the wireless communities, would probably 
be better suited.
