Todd, I just posted patches for -current in source-mods/openbsd-current on cvs.dachb0den.com. It adds the netbsd scan mode stuff to both the kernel and wicontrol, so it should function almost identically to the netbsd implementation. There's some differences though with some minor problems I found in the implementation (improper byte swapping and such). I've only been able to test these patches under macppc with a lucent/airport card, so I'd appreciate feedback from anyone else out there running -current. I've also patched up dstumbler to use the new scan mode implementation and the if_ieee80211.h definitions (although I had to keep a local common.h for management frame structures.. Maybe we can get some of these committed to if_ieee80211.h or one of the if_wi*.h files in the future). Anyway, please test this out and let me know if there's any problems. I'm in the middle of converting the other bsd-airtools apps over to using the if_ieee80211.h definitions so functionality for that stuff should be coming in the next couple days. For those of you that want bsd-airtools source without the funky changes I've been making, just grab source with the bsd_airtools_0_2 tag.
