iDive / Dumpster Truck

At www.wirelessleiden.nl we're hard at work trying to get a dstumpler+gps
in a very small formfactor onto a dumpster truck. This means that we will
have a complete scan of the city at a weeks frequency. We've written all
scripts, build the device, cased it - and are testing it now.

However - I ended up doing some patches to dstumbler:

->	Headless compile (as we are using a battery powered Soekris) and
	no dependency on curses et.al.

->	/var/run/dstumbler.pid file writing.

->	tcp-logging (i.e. you can connect to a deamon as many times as you
	want and each of you gets a stream).

->	logging to a pipe (i.e. apache's rotate log).

->	kill -HUP logfile recyling.

What is the process to get something like this upstream ? I am willing to
